Worthing's Community Gym for All Abilities
Established in 2009 our fully equipped gym has a wide range of equipment to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Our gym caters for all abilities from beginners to sporting professionals.
Our ethos is to empower people of all ages to take ownership of their health and help them reach their fitness goals. We have proudly created a gym with a strong community spirit with highly experienced staff that make our customers feel comfortable and ensure all equipment is used safely and correctly.
Upstairs, our fight school runs boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai classes seven days a week. If you'd like to see it all first, book a free tour of the gym.
